Private Residence – on two levels + basement, oriented around an L-shaped layout for best outdoor living, with private pool and garden areas. The entry / road-side façade aligns with the extreme diagonal angle of the plot shape, rather than the main house, generating two-shifted geometric footprints into one volume solution
