As housing needs are on the rise, it is necessary for the state to create affordable living for its citizens. This condition, not only dictates sensitivity in approaching the social aspect of “creating homes”, but also creates the requirement of functional and elegant design. Affordable housing does not, by any means, equal poor conditions. This conversation between sensitivity and sensibility is an intriguing approach to how one solves a condition where citizens are the axis around which it revolves.
